Standard of Care
We have adopted the Massage New Zealand Code of Ethics as our Standard of Care.
All of our Event Massage therapists have been chosen through a rigorous screening process involving qualifications, experience and personality.
For on-going corporate massage there is a medical/health history form that every new client must complete before commencing treatment.
Our practitioners duty of care requires them to ask every individual they are about treat if they are being treated by any other health care practitioner either physically or medicinally and/or are aware of any personal health issues they may presently have. This takes place prior to any massage therapy commencing.
Practitioners also invite each person to communicate with them during the course of their massage if they experience any discomfort whatsoever.
